FeeFox — Privacy Policy

FeeFox ("the app") helps Shopify merchants add configurable fees and surcharges to their carts. This policy explains what data the app collects and how it is used.

Data we collect

• Shop data: your shop domain and an API access token, stored to operate the app while it is installed.
• Fee settings: the fee rules you configure (label, percentage, amounts, thresholds), stored as metafields in your own shop.

Data we do not collect

FeeFox does not collect, store, or process any customer personal data. Fee calculation runs inside Shopify's infrastructure (Shopify Functions) and never leaves your store.

Data deletion

When you uninstall the app, the stored session is deleted. Mandatory GDPR webhooks (customers/data_request, customers/redact, shop/redact) are implemented; since no customer data is stored, there is nothing to return or erase beyond the shop record itself.
